Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out until 12:00pm.

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee such access.

Information & Policies

Reservations & Cancellations
• Reservations must be cancelled within the cancellation delay to avoid a full stay fee including tax. This delay varies depending on the time of the year.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which is valid on the day of arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted. 

Methods of payment
The following methods of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, Cash, Bank wire transfer.
 
Foreign currency
The following currencies can be exchanged at the Front Desk: US Dollar, Livre Sterling, Swiss Francs.
 
Emergency numbers
• In case of an emergency, dial 9 to contact the Front Desk. Our trained staff will contact the appropriate emergency response service.
• EU Emergency Number: 112
• Dial 0 to place an external call. 
 
Doctor
• Should you need medical assistance, our Front Office team will contact a doctor on your behalf. Allow 45 minutes. 
• In case of an emergency, alert Front Desk immediately. Our trained staff will contact the appropriate emergency response service.
 
Room keys
• A room key will be delivered to registered guests upon arrival. The key is strictly personal. 
• Should it get lost or should you need any assistance to enter your room, please contact the Front Office staff. For safety reasons, staff members are required to proceed to an identity check in order to create a new key or a copy. 
• Visitors should be announced by a registered guest at the Front Desk to be given access to the room
 
Lost & Found
• The Hotel will contact guests upon retrieving items left behind. 
• Items will be stored for one year and one day. If unclaimed at the end of this period, items will be discarded.
 
Safety deposit box
• A safe deposit box is available in each room and suite. Please be reminded that objects set in your safety deposit box are your responsibility. 
• Should you need to entrust valuables with us, our Front Office team will secure them in the Hotel main safety deposit box.
 
Fire
• In the event of the fire alarm sounding, remain calm, leave your room immediately, do not wait or collect your belongings. Ensure the room is empty upon leaving and close your room door, quickly evacuate the building through the nearest emergency exit without using the elevator, and wait at the meeting point designated by our staff members.
• Please study the map posted on the door of your room or wardrobe.
 
Privacy
To ensure absolute privacy, please press the Do Not Disturb button by the entry door. This will turn on a light outside. If you do not wish to receive any phone calls, please inform the Front Desk. 
 
Accessibility
We understand that all guests have different needs and priorities including the requirements for disabled guests. 
In addition to our standard amenities we ensure:
• Available wheelchairs through the Concierge 
• Wheelchair accessibility throughout the entire hotel
• 2 specially adapted rooms (one Prestige room and one Junior Suite)
• Roll-in showers 
• Bathrooms, bathtubs and toilets fitted with grab rails

Spa access policy
• Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult to access the spa and fitness area. 
• There is no lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool. 
• To maintain relaxation and quiet within the spa and in consideration of all guests, talking on cell phones or use of camera feature is prohibited. 
• Dogs are not allowed in the spa and fitness areas. 
 
Smoke free property
• We are committed to providing our guests with a smoke free environment. 
• With the majority of guests requests favoring a non-smoking hotel environment, we have applied this preference throughout the property. 
• A significant room recovery fee will be charged if the non-smoking policy is violated to cover the cost of restoring the room to a smoke free condition.
• Guests who would like to smoke are invited to discover our selection of cigars and tobaccos in the Smoking Parlour.  We thank you for your kind understanding.

Pets policy
• La Reserve happily welcomes dogs weighing less than 10kg (22lbs). One dog per room allowed. 
• A fee of 50€ per day will apply. Pet owners are responsible for their animals and agree to be charged for any damage that may be caused by their animal during their stay. 

Dog amenities include:
• A luxurious sofa
• Silver bowls
• A special dining menu 
• Wellness treatments through the Concierge
 
Green Program
La Reserve Paris believes in developing sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact.
You may participate in our green program:
• Change of linen every two days
• Change of towels every two days
• Please place the “Green Program” sign on your bed to indicate your wish to participate, or select the option in the Housekeeping tab.
